How I got over my Fear of Failing ⁣

You’ve heard it before right?⁣
⁣
𝘍𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘱 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴. ⁣
⁣
Then why do we all struggle with this? I know I did.⁣
⁣
I used to feel like if I 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐝 that meant I wasn’t worthy of doing it, to begin with. I felt embarrassed and felt shame around it. ⁣
⁣
If I’m being totally transparent, it took 𝟕 failed attempts to be where I am today. 🙈⁣
⁣
⁣But what if I had thrown in the 𝘵𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘭? ⁣
What if I had given up on my dreams on 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 freedom? ⁣
⁣
I’m sure you have felt this at some point in your life. I think we all do to some degree. It can be hard to see so much success around the space. ⁣
⁣
It’s right in your face, but we cannot forget to realize that those same people who 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 success also 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐝. Probably more than once. ⁣

Look, the light bulb 💡 wasn’t invented overnight. Could you imagine if Thomas Edison just 𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐮𝐩 on the light bulb? Imagine how much longer it would have taken if someone else finally decided to attempt it. ⁣

I want to give you some actionable tips about how I got over my fear of failure. ✏️⁣
⁣
1️⃣I 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 on anything I could possibly learn from the failures. I reflected on what worked and what didn’t and made a note to remember how I could utilize that information for the future. ⁣
⁣
2️⃣I separated the terms from my 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲. I stopped looking at it like I am a failure. Because I wasn’t a failure. The failure had nothing to do with who I was. f𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘥, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴. ⁣
⁣
3️⃣I started to look at failure as a challenge rather than a threat. ⁣
⁣
Taking these steps into practice has really helped me be more gentle with myself during the growth of my business. I am so thankful for each 𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘶𝘳𝘦 and you should be too. ⁣
⁣

1️⃣ The fear & lack mindset started to creep in; When that mindset starts to kick in we start to start selling from desperation because we are so fixated on filling those last spot instead of having a SERVING mindset. ⁣

2️⃣ We aren’t being intentional; Once desperation starts to kick in we start to believe that we need to be reaching out to everyone and engaging with 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐄, instead of being intentional with our time and reaching out to our HOTTEST LEADS🔥. Look through your list of leads and work your way down your list! Remember the power is in the follow up! So those that might have not been ready 1 or 2 months ago might be ready now.⁣
⁣
3️⃣ We are 𝐆𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 too much value and it just doesn’t doing it anymore; I know this one is a shocker but let’s be honest providing value can only get you SO FAR. If your content isn’t converting you need to take a look and see what is and isn’t working. Change up your verbiage and start talking more on the results and transformation with your audience! Have them connect with what life can look like when they invest in 𝐘𝐎𝐔!⁣

Yes having some revenue coming in is good,but those small $200 dollar packages will only get you so far. Show up consistently & create valuable content! If you want to attract those ideal clients we have to create 𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘 content versus quantity. So anytime you post make sure that you post with PURPOSE and something that your ideal client can walk alway with. ⁣

This is the stage we need to be focusing on our clients! Nurture 🥰the hell of our exiting clients so that it create an amazing client experience where they feel supported. If we put in the work here, we don’t have to constantly chase the next client because they will just flow to you!⁣
