Here’s the whole job, in three steps:
1. Find the one true thing. Not a tagline , the specific thing you do so well the right client would choose you every time. (It’s almost always already there, just undocumented.)
2. Build the roadmap. Who your best client is, how they decide, what you say, and how you walk them from stranger to client. Written down. Clear.
3. Make it the source of truth. Website, content, sales conversations, your team’s words , all flowing from that one foundation. All roads lead back to it.
When that exists, the marketing stops guessing , and AI finally has something true to amplify, so your existing team can produce like one several times its size. Use it when growth feels like effort without compounding.
Don’t bother if you’re happy relying on referrals and luck.
