Honest about how I run these.

I take a handful of these clients at a time, because I do the foundational work with them personally. It’s not a course you disappear into. We build the thing together so your team actually believes it and uses it.

That’s also why I don’t make it cheap and I don’t make it crowded.

If you’ve been burned by something automated and impersonal before , this is the opposite of that. Which is exactly why there are only a few seats.

Here’s the whole job, in three steps:

1. Find the one true thing. Not a tagline , the specific thing you do so well the right client would choose you every time. (It’s almost always already there, just undocumented.)

2. Build the roadmap. Who your best client is, how they decide, what you say, and how you walk them from stranger to client. Written down. Clear.

3. Make it the source of truth. Website, content, sales conversations, your team’s words , all flowing from that one foundation. All roads lead back to it.

When that exists, the marketing stops guessing , and AI finally has something true to amplify, so your existing team can produce like one several times its size. Use it when growth feels like effort without compounding.

Don’t bother if you’re happy relying on referrals and luck.

Everyone tells you the fix is more marketing. Better ads. More content. A new funnel.
I think that’s backwards.

More marketing on a weak foundation just helps you reach the wrong people faster.

Think of your business like a car that won’t start. People add fuel, change the tires, hire a new mechanic. But if the ignition is broken, none of it matters.

The ignition is your foundation , what makes you genuinely different, who specifically needs it, and how to say it so the right person stops and thinks “that’s exactly what I’ve been looking for.”

Fix that, and the marketing you already have starts working harder. That’s a different order of operations than most people are sold.

“$5,000 on ads. Two clients. My website took four months and the phone rings the same. I hired someone for social , nice posts, nobody calls.”

A business owner said that to me almost word for word.

Then: “And the worst part is I still don’t know why.”

That last line is the real pain. Not the wasted money , the not knowing.

Here’s what I told her, and what turned out to be true: the money wasn’t wasted because the tactics were bad. It was wasted because nobody had answered the question underneath all of them first.

Once we answered it, the same channels started working. Same business. Same budget.

Quick question, and be honest with yourself:

In one sentence , what makes you the only logical choice for your best client?

Not your tagline. Not “we care more.” The actual, specific reason the right person would be a little crazy to go anywhere else.
If you paused… that pause is the whole thing.

Because your ads are built on that answer. Your website is built on it. Every agency you’ve hired needed it. And if it’s never been written down clearly , all of them have been guessing.

The good news: it already exists in your business. It’s just never been put into words.

An agency is a builder. Hand a builder a blueprint and they build you something exact. Hand them no blueprint and they build what they think you want filling every gap with a guess.

What you got back looked like a building. It just wasn’t your building.

That’s not incompetence. That’s a missing foundation. And no new agency fixes it , because they’ll be working without the same blueprint the last one never got.

(And if you never hired one , if you’ve tried this yourself, or with your team , it’s the same story. The blueprint was never written down, so everyone’s guessing.)
