Expressing gratitude on a daily basis is critical if you seek peace and happiness.
It's easy to find things to complain about. In fact, we've become so good at it that we don't realize how often we do it.
The good news is that we are always in control.
Learning to change your perspective when you encounter unexpected situations is a mental tool I've developed over the years.
