We're going vertical with the Recreation Barn, pouring the Pool Barn Slab on Grade, and installing the gravel for the first pool.

The Shores Club at Potomac Shores will offer 13,000 square feet of indoor space for recreational and social activities for members and their guests. Opening in 2016, it will also offer 1,000 square feet of covered outdoor space. Among the many features will be a multipurpose room, board room, living room, demonstration kitchen, dining patio, gym, showers and lockers, eight-lane lap pool and community gardens with a greenhouse.

Olde Red is pleased to announce our latest project - Potomac Shores Recreation Center. Located in Dumfries, VA, this project consists of 3 buildings, an open pavilion, a greenhouse, two pools including an 8-lane competition pool and zero entry leisure pool including all site work and landscaping associated. We look forward to our continued relationship with Suncal/Argent Management on this project.

Olde Red is serving as CM on this 3 story office building in Northeast DC. As soon as the weather allowed we have the scaffolding up and working on the EIFS skin.
