Did someone say grilling season? Trellis Dundee is bringing the summer flavors to the table and this is our favorite right now: wood-fired potatoes & asparagus with sun-dried tomato aioli and wood-fired prime New York strip steak skewer with an Argyle Pinot Noir demi-glace.

In the glass? Perhaps a little 2021 Knudsen Brut Rosé and your favorite Pinot Noir.
