Not every lake day is a day off. 😎🚜

We spent the day installing buried downspouts for a customer whose newly built home was experiencing erosion issues on their freshly established lawn. Heavy roof runoff can quickly wash away seed, topsoil, and hard work, so we installed an underground drainage system to carry the water away from the problem areas.

💧Another sump discharge issue taken care of.💧

The customer was having constant water pooling near their barn from the old sump pump discharge location, which was creating concerns about water getting underneath the building and causing future problems.

We installed roughly 120’ of new discharge line and routed it well away from the structure into a 5.5’ deep rock sump to allow proper drainage and water dissipation.

During excavation we also encountered 7 separate unmarked underground utilities throughout the trench line, including:
• Gas line
• 2 power lines
• 4 irrigation water lines.

Everything was carefully excavated and completed without damaging existing utilities.
