Soco Excavation is growing, and we're looking for another seriously capable operator to join our team in Southwest Colorado.
We're not just looking for someone who can sit in the seat and move dirt...
We're looking for somebody who understands the job.
Someone who can read civil plans, understand grades and elevations, work around utilities and stormwater infrastructure, think several moves ahead, and take real ownership of what we're building.
Our work ranges from high-end residential excavation to commercial site development, underground infrastructure and larger civil projects.
We're specifically looking for experience with:
🔸 Excavators, skid steers & earthmoving equipment
🔸 Civil plan reading
🔸 Site development & grading
🔸 Underground utilities
🔸 Stormwater & drainage infrastructure
🔸 Structural fill & compaction
🔸 Rough AND finish work
🔸 Commercial, civil & residential excavation
But we're looking for more than experience.
We're building a team.

💰 $25-$45+/HR DOE
📍 Pagosa Springs / Durango / Southwest Colorado
