Assist with daily activities such as; meals, ambulating patients, And providing plenty of fresh water and nourishment between meals. Help patient with personal hygiene. Provide adjunct care including ice pack, non-sterile dressing and therapeutic bath. Checking vital signs and report daily information in patient’s chart. Assist the nurses and other staff as needed. Measuring and recording food and liquid intake,Also recording f***l and urinary output.
** Position requires a minimum of five years healthcare experience
**Must be CPR certified
**Valid Driver License
**Reliable private vehicle and vehicle insurance.
