What We’re Looking For
Civil Foreman
• CDL required
• Machine experience necessary
• Concrete experience preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Someone who enjoys weekday travel (majority of the time)
Laborers
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Construction or excavation experience preferred (we’ll train the right people)
• Weekday travel required a majority of the time
What You’ll Do
Foreman: Lead daily operations on excavation, concrete, and civil projects. Direct crews, coordinate equipment and materials, maintain quality and safety standards, and keep jobs on schedule.
Laborers: Support the crew with digging, grading, material handling, concrete work, and general site duties.
