I’ve spent roughly 35 years doing investigative work. Now I’m taking a hard look at the Charlie Kirk assassination.
I'm not here to tell you what to believe. I'm not claiming I've solved anything.
But I have questions, and I'm going to break them down one at a time.
We're going to look at:
Utah Valley University: What did UVU's own event and security policies require, and what was actually provided?
Security: Thousands of people, a nationally known political figure who had received threats, and what was the actual security plan?
Police presence: Who was assigned, where were they positioned, and was it adequate for the event?
EMS and ambulance: What emergency medical resources were planned for thousands of attendees? What happened when Charlie was actually shot?
The professional cameras and SD cards: What was recorded, who removed the recording media, and where are the originals?
The rooftop footage: What can we actually identify ourselves versus what investigators tell us we're seeing?
The rifle and ballistics: What does the physical evidence actually establish?
The wound and projectile evidence: What do we know, what don't we know, and what has actually been established?
The crime scene: When was it processed, when was it released, and why was the area altered so quickly?
The timeline: What happened before the shooting, during it and immediately afterward?
Some of these questions may have perfectly reasonable answers.
Good. I want to find them.
I'm not asking you to believe me. I'm asking you to follow along, look at the evidence and make up your own mind.
Some people will agree with me. Some people are going to attack me.
That's fine.
After 35 years investigating cases, my standard hasn't changed:
Don't tell me what happened. Show me the evidence.
This is just the beginning.
