B&W is running a Seasonal Special -Residential AC tune ups for $50.00 NO extra charge for Night and Weekends.. An AC tune up includes visual inspection of the condenser unit, electrical testing of the compressor,condenser fan motor, capacitor,contactor , defrost board & all wiring of both high and low voltage. Check of refrigerant levels and compressor oil levels.Chemical cleaning of condenser coils and evaporator coils if accessible.Inspection of lower motor and filter compartment and Inspection of thermostat and controls.Also a visual inspection any exposed duct work and ventilation.
