1️⃣ Shut Off the Water�Find your main shut-off valve and turn it clockwise to stop the flow.

2️⃣ Cut the Power (if water’s near outlets) ⚡�Safety first — turn off electricity to affected areas.

3️⃣ Drain the System�Open all taps and flush toilets to release remaining water.

4️⃣ Turn Off Heating Systems�Protect your boiler or water heater from damage.

5️⃣ Call US and a Plumber 🧰�Get licensed professionals to handles repairs properly

6️⃣ Find the Source�Spot the burst pipe and use rubber, tape, or a clamp for a quick temporary fix while you wait for us and the plumber.

There are so many misconceptions about mold out there, but some of the most common ones we come across are:

🦠Mold is always visible
🦠All black mold is toxic
🦠Bleach is an effective way to remove mold

In reality, mold can be hidden in unseen places, there are many different strains of mold that are black, but are not the extremely harmful "black mold" (in fact, the extremely harmful "black mold" can also be green!), and bleach only kills the surface of the mold, failing to address the root cause- mold will resurface if you try to throw some bleach on it and call it a day!
