Feeling stuck in your business?

You’ve got ideas, maybe even a vision, but the next steps? Foggy. Frustrating. Overwhelming.

What if you could talk to someone who gets it?
Someone who’s been there.
Someone who knows how to ask the right questions, the kind that help you actually hear your own answers.
The kind that unlock clarity and momentum.

What would your business look like if you had that kind of support?

Let’s find out.

DM me if you’re ready to get unstuck!

I’m working on a big project right now, and it’s been a wild ride. The kind where you keep hitting roadblocks.

Monday, I finally had energy and used every bit of it. Got some serious progress done, and I was so proud of myself. I felt unstoppable.

Then Tuesday came, and things got hard. I pushed through (yeah, I know, should’ve listened to the red flag), worked a few hours, then crashed. I decided to rest, but the guilt was real. Like, “Am I really doing enough?”

By Wednesday? No energy, more pain. My body was basically screaming at me, “You overdid it.” And I was like, “Nah, I’m fine,” until it made me realize I wasn’t. My body had finally won the battle.

The rest of the week? A blur of fatigue and pain, with very little progress. I don’t know if I would’ve worked more if I had slowed down, but I do know that ignoring my body didn’t help. Pushing through wasn’t the power move I thought it would be.

So, lesson learned: Rest isn’t the enemy of progress. Pushing yourself into a painful mess is.

If you’ve ever felt like this, you're not alone. We all need to listen to our bodies more, even if it means slowing down to speed up in the long run.

How do you handle it when your body forces you to slow down? Let’s talk about it!

Health isn’t just about green smoothies, gym sessions, or “just push through” mindsets. For those of us with chronic illnesses, health is complicated. It’s managing symptoms, advocating for care, navigating a world that often doesn’t accommodate us, and redefining what “wellness” even means.

Some days, health looks like resting. Other days, it’s taking meds, canceling plans, or adjusting goals to match our energy. It’s not about fixing ourselves, it’s about finding ways to exist as we are, without guilt.

Instead of focusing on an impossible standard of health, let’s talk about what actually helps. Whether it’s rest, support systems, accommodations, or just knowing you’re not alone, those things matter. Today, I’m recognizing the ways we take care of ourselves, even when the world doesn’t always see it.

Stop forcing yourself to work in ways that don’t suit you. Instead, build systems that support how your brain naturally functions.

- Externalize your tasks. Don’t rely on memory. Use Alexa, reminders, voice notes, or a simple notepad to capture thoughts as they come.

- Follow your energy, not the clock. Pay attention to when you naturally focus best and structure your work around those times.

- Automate repetitive tasks. Use tools like Zapier, templates, or scheduled reminders to reduce decision fatigue and free up mental space.

Productivity isn’t about working harder, it’s about working smarter in a way that actually fits your brain.

What’s a productivity hack that works for you? Let’s compare strategies.
