Ever felt just one step away from being 'found out' as a leader?

Reflecting on my journey from schooling in India to becoming a professional and entrepreneur in the USA, I often faced a crisis of confidence.

At work—whether influencing C-suite leaders, leading project teams, speaking up in meetings, delegating tasks, or presenting innovative solutions—I doubted myself. I held back, flew under the radar, questioned my expertise, and felt ashamed to ask for help. In doing so, I sabotaged my leadership effectiveness.

Despite multiple degrees and a wealth of experience, self-doubt, my own high standards, and the relentless pressure to be perfect plagued me. These challenges led to stress, burnout, and missed opportunities for growth and credibility.

Determined to change, I embarked on a journey of self-transformation. Through leadership assessments and coaching, I uncovered blind spots and realized I was experiencing Imposter Syndrome—a pervasive sense of self-doubt despite clear evidence of my capabilities.

Partnering with my coach, I set specific goals to overcome Imposter Syndrome. I embraced the B.R.A.V.E. ™ mindset—Balanced, Resilient, Adaptable, Versatile, and Engaged—and redefined my approach to leadership and life.

Coaching over 250 clients, I have discovered that many successful executives and leaders struggle with self-doubt, fear of failure, insecurity, and unconscious imposter behaviors, especially in today’s VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) world.
