Our second stop brought us to the Northwest District Northwest District NMASC Student Conference, where student leaders from Northwestern NM came together for a day of connection, inspiration, and leadership!

From a keynote to an interactive workshop, we explored what it means to lead as heroes, embrace our potential, and recognize the impact we can have when we go above and beyond.

Saturday- The first of five visits through New Mexico! The spotlight was on student leaders at the Central District central_district.5.0.5 NMASC NMASC Student Conference, where incredible young leaders came together to discover what it truly means to become BOUNDLESS LEADERS!

This year’s theme “It’s Showtime” - we explored the power of leading with purpose and using your light to help others shine! To every student leader: Your past does not define your potential, your challenges do not determine your future, and your leadership has the power to make a difference! BE YOU. BE BOUNDLESS!

Community change starts with young people who believe they can make a difference! Tuesday’s Give Next Keynote brought middle and high school students together with one shared purpose: to connect, collaborate, and become changemakers in their communities!

Thank you, Give Next, for creating a space where young people can find their voice, build connections, and turn their passion into purpose and be boundless for themselves and those they lead!
Be BOUNDLESS. BE YOU!

I had the honor of speaking at the Friday Night Live Conference, and WOW… what an experience!

One thing that truly stood out to me was seeing YOUTH-LED, ADULT-FACILITATED leadership in ACTION! Watching young people take ownership, use their voices, and lead with purpose was absolutely inspiring!

This is what happens when we don’t just talk about empowering youth… we create spaces for them to LEAD!

Thank you, FNL and California Youth Council (C*C) !
Keep leading, keep inspiring, and keep being BOUNDLESS!

October is FULL—and so is my heart! From Oregon to California, Colorado, New Mexico, and back home to Texas, this month I get to do what I love: reach hearts and learn from every single audience.
Different audiences. Different messages. Same purpose.
Love on purpose. BE BOUNDLESS. Reach HEARTS first.
OCTUBRE… VAMOS!

People remember how you make them feel.
Seen. Heard. Valued.
In our classrooms, workplaces, and families, trust grows when we take time to listen, connect, and build relationships. Before correcting a behavior, get curious about the person behind it.

That’s PurpoSELove in action—reaching hearts before minds.

On purpose, who will you help feel seen today? Video: Anthony Avila

Two assemblies. One powerful message.

Grateful for the opportunity to connect with the middle and high school students of Amelia County Public Schools Amelia County Public Schools for bullying prevention month—reminding them that they are BOUNDLESS - that their words matter, their choices matter, and they have the power to make others feel seen and valued!
