Father's Day can be a fun day of celebrating, but if you have a child in hospital, it can be challenging. For the fathers (and sometimes grandfathers!) who stay with us, it means making memories in a home away from home; and we at Ronald McDonald House El Paso feel grateful that we can be here for them. Happy Father's Day to all the fathers currently staying at RMHC or who have stayed at RMHC, and all those in our own lives who have provided the nurturing support of a father. During Pride Month, we celebrate inclusion, belonging, and the power of community. We're excited to return to the El Paso Sun City Pride parade next Saturday for our second year and stand alongside those who continue to advocate for equality and acceptance.

We're especially proud of our team members who took the initiative to create and support Equal Grounds, our employee resource group.
