Are you a MAD Achiever, a MAD Maximizer, or a MAD Dominator?

Some people Achieve through consistency and discipline.

In the movie We Were Soldiers, every soldier knew their job — not just their own, but the one above and the one below. That’s what made the team strong. No one was left behind.

Families and businesses need the same mindset.
Because here’s the truth: if only one person knows the financial plan, then the whole family is vulnerable.

I’ve seen family businesses where the owner is the one calling all the plays.
They make the decisions, manage the finances, and lead the team every single day.

But here’s the risk: when everything depends on one person, the whole business — and the family depending on it — is vulnerable.

I worked with a family where one person made all of the financial decisions.
They were the budgeter, the planner, the investor.
The rest of the family trusted them completely.
