Big things are happening at Phenix!

We loved hosting E-REP, the Southwest Indiana Workforce Board, Success Warrick County, and Duke Energy at our Elberfeld location this week.

Since 2024, we've become 100% employee-owned, more than tripled the size of our team, and we're continuing to grow.

None of this would be possible without our incredible employee-owners and the partners across the region who have supported us every step of the way.
