$25-$30/HR /PHYSICAL THERAPY / PTA/ NURSING STUDENT — SHORT-TERM PAID CARE OPPORTUNITY

Newcastle, California | 4–6 Weeks | Morning + Evening Short Shifts | Paid Weekly

Greetings everyone, we hope this finds you well. This is Bianca and Alicia. We are managers in the people development, life enrichment and the rehab nursing tech department of Age In Place Sacramento.

We are posting here today because we have a great paid care gig for someone who is physically capable, genuinely compassionate, remarkably dependable, and excited to turn classroom learning into meaningful hands-on experience. You know that type of a person with the strength to help, the heart to care, the reliability to be counted on, and the curiosity to learn? Yes, that type of a person!.

Here is what is going on and the story behind this opportunity: One day, a boy met a girl. One thing let to another thing and they were inseparable. They later got married and have enjoyed decades of a beautiful and highly successful married. Over the last year, he has had a few health challenges requiring concierge care at home.

His amazing caregiver is on vacation and we are looking for the right person to fill in for her for the next 4 to 6 weeks.

This is not your typical caregiving assignment.

This is a 4–6 week recovery-focused assignment that may be an excellent fit for a:

• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• PTA student
• Physical therapy student
• Kinesiology or exercise science student
• Nursing/CNA student with strong mobility skills
• Experienced caregiver comfortable assisting with mobility and exercise

Our client needs someone who can come into his home and help him get up, get moving, and participate in his prescribed exercise and daily mobility routine.

Just as important, we want to give his lovely wife some relief.

Caregiving for someone you love can become physically and emotionally exhausting. Your presence can give this couple something very valuable: support, confidence, and time to simply enjoy being husband and wife again.

THE SCHEDULE

Morning: Every Tuesdays and Thursdays approximately 8:00 AM–11:00 AM
Morning: Every Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays approximately 8:00 AM-9:30 AM
Evening: approximately 5:00 PM to 6:15 PM

Assignment length: approximately 4–6 weeks
Location: Newcastle, California
Pay: Competitive hourly compensation, paid weekly

This is ideal for someone who wants a meaningful short-term assignment that can fit around school, clinicals, another position, or other commitments.

WHAT YOU WILL HELP WITH

You will work with and alongside his private and concierge physical therapist who has an established care plan to assist with:

• Getting out of bed safely
• Transfers and mobility assistance
• Walking and movement
• Supporting completion of prescribed exercises
• Encouraging activity and participation
• Personal care assistance as needed
• Helping him build confidence with movement
• Providing companionship and positive encouragement
• Giving his wife a dependable period of respite

WE NEED SOMEONE WHO IS PHYSICALLY CAPABLE

This gentleman needs hands-on physical assistance, so this is not an assignment for someone who is uncomfortable with transfers, mobility support, or physical caregiving.

We are looking for someone who is:

STRONG. DEPENDABLE. PATIENT. ENCOURAGING. PROFESSIONAL.

For the next 4–6 weeks, your job is not simply to complete tasks.

Your job is to help a gentleman MOVE. Help him PARTICIPATE. Help him GET STRONGER.

And help his wife have the space to step away from being the caregiver every moment of the day and spend some time simply being his lovely bride.

If you are a PTA, PTA student, physical therapy student, kinesiology/exercise science student, CNA, nursing student, or experienced mobility-focused caregiver and this sounds like the kind of work you would enjoy, we would love to meet you. This is an immediate job opening.

Hit reply and provide your full name, phone number and email and we will contact you within 24 hours.

Thanks for your time and we look forward to working with you.
Bianca & Alicia.

Here is our story... we have a special training program for what ordinary people call caregiving. We don't use caregiving for this group, we call them Rehab Nursing Techs, these are specially trained life enrichment in home care professionals who assist complex and chronically ill patients transitioning from acute care to home or from rehabilitation centers to home. These are the experts who prevent unnecessary hospital readmissions.

The training for this program is 30-40 hrs above the training that standard caregivers would receive after working in caregiving for over 5 years. This is our 2026 Rehab Nursing Tech Class. In this picture, we are learning Emotional Freedom Techniques from Steph Dodds, an EFT practitioner and best selling author.

Rehab Nursing Tech Learns EFT from Steph Dodds - Age In Place Sacramento

Age In Place Sacramento has a very unique modality for providing care. Our care model includes clinical observation, emotional regulation, cognitive support and restorative care.

Our agency provides a very high level and specialized type of care specifically for high profile families and the aging loved ones of busy professionals in education, leaderships, medicine and law. Needless to say, we all need to master emotional regulation so we can provide not only good care but keep ourselves balanced and well.

The 2026 Rehab Nursing Tech Certification Training is a special program that was developed a few years ago and it has become so popular we landed on the front page of the newspaper.

We are not the traditional caregiving agency, we a disease specific and complex care provider working through a specific framework that we call the R.E.S.T.O.R.E Care Transition Model.

This model integrates functional rehabilitation, emotional regulation, cognitive engagement, whole person communication, family coaching and hospital readmission prevention.

Steph Dodds trained our team about the role of EFT as a non pharmacological emotional regulation and stress reduction tool, EFT for the management of cognitive stimulation, EFT as a modality for regulating and resetting emotion, EFT as a gift to a family caregiver who may be experiencing stress while in our presence and EFT as emotional regulation and as a teaching and care tool for the cognitively impaired client.

Say hello to our 2026 Rehab Nursing Technician Cohort, Workshop 3 of 6. In this session, we are building the skill to care for neurodegenerative and movement disorder patients. This is the magic behind getting complex patients to get home, stay home, get better faster and avoid unnecessary readmissions.

To learn more about this program, you will see us at the front page of the Elk Grove newspaper. This program got a lot of publicity in 2024 when we made the front page of the newspaper and we have found it a necessity to grow the program. We are proud of this healthcare professionals who are building careers in geriatric wellness and chronic illness management at home.

The significance of this program is that it creates the foundation to have a very unique and proprietary care modality.

We care for the top 3-5% of older adults who are retired executives and or the aging loved ones of busy professionals such as doctors, lawyers and public servants.

This program was taught by Laura Sifuentes, DPT specializing in neuromuscular dysfunction, orthopedic and verstibular diagnosis.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR FUTURE LEADERS IN PRIVATE/CONCIERGE CAREGIVING - FOLSOM, ROSEVILLE, NEWCASTLE, ROCKLIN, EL DORADO HILLS, AUBURN

Greeting everyone, we hope this finds you well.

This is Bianca and Alicia. We are managers in the people development and life enrichment department of Age In Place Sacramento.

WE AREN'T LOOKING FOR CAREGIVERS. We're Looking for Future Leaders.
Some people care for clients. Others change lives.

At Age In Place Sacramento, we believe exceptional care begins with exceptional people.

That is why we are expanding our Premium Caregiver Team and developing our next generation of Private & Concierge Caregiving Team Leads and Field Coordinators.

If you've worked in caregiving and ever wished someone would recognize your experience...

If you've ever wanted to be more than "just another caregiver..."

If you've wanted to grow into leadership without leaving the profession you love...

This may be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
---------------------------------------------------------------

At Age in Place Sacramento, we don't simply hire caregivers. We develop professionals who want to earn better income, build a health care career and have a better life.

Our service is a unique disease-specific, wellness-centered care model that helps older adults remain independent while living safely at home. These caregivers who we will turn into leaders will become part of a clinical team that delivers premium, personalized care—not just assistance with daily tasks.

Our goal is to build the most respected caregiving team in Northern California.

---------------------------------------------------------------
Before anyone joins our Premium Team...

We ask ourselves three important questions.

#1. Will this opportunity make the applicant economically better?
Your career should improve your financial future—not keep you stuck.

We work hard to provide meaningful hours, opportunities to grow, and increased earning potential through leadership opportunities.
---------------------------------------------------------------

#2. Will this help the applicant build a real career?
Many agencies offer jobs. We build careers. Our caregivers have opportunities to grow into:
• Premium Caregiver
• Caregiving Team Lead
• Field Coordinator
• Client Experience Specialist
• Rehab Nursing Technicians & Leadership and Clinical Support Roles

We believe the best leaders are developed from caregivers who have earned the trust of families and their teammates.
---------------------------------------------------------------
#3. Will the applicant’s life become better when they join our team?
The best caregivers are not exhausted caregivers.
When your personal life is healthy...
When your family is supported...
When you have balance...
You bring your very best to the people who depend on you.

We care about your well-being because your well-being affects the quality of care we deliver every single day.
---------------------------------------------------------------

We are looking for caregivers who are...

******Compassionate
******Reliable
******Coachable
******Professional
******Passionate about serving older adults
******Ready to grow into leadership
******Looking for more than another hourly job

Imagine saying...
"I work for a company that believes in me and supports my personal success."
"They invest in my growth."
"They are preparing me to become a leader."
"I'm building a career—not just collecting a paycheck."

---------------------------------------------------------------
If you believe the profession of caregiving deserves more respect...

If you believe older adults deserve extraordinary care...

If you want to become one of the leaders helping transform home care...

We would love to meet you. Come Join the Premium Caregiver Leadership Team.

Your next career move may become the most meaningful one you've ever made.

We are excited about meeting you and working alongside you to improve the health and wellbeing of older adults and those who love them .

Warm regards
Bianca & Alicia
