Every business owner I talk to has a title. Owner. Founder. President. But that's never their first title.

Before any of that, they're somebody's dad who didn't sleep much last night. Somebody's daughter who calls her mom every Sunday. A brother who still drops everything when his sibling needs him. A mom running a P&L in her head while she packs lunches.

I spent 35 years in rooms full of titles. What I remember isn't the titles. It's who showed up as a person who is tired, proud, worried about somebody who has nothing to do with the business at all.

So today, before I talk strategy or vendors or anything with a dollar sign on it, I just want to say this: I see the whole person, not just the owner.

Whoever you're showing up for today — that's the real job. The business is just what pays for it.

Another great morning at Dynamic Networking Group! We had a full room today with more than 20 professionals connecting, building relationships, and supporting one another's businesses.

A big thank you to our featured speaker, Stefani Reed with Tesson Roofing & Exteriors LLC, for an informative presentation on commercial roofing. Stefani shared photos and insights from several impressive commercial projects, walked us through the process from start to finish, and explained the value of Tesson's roof maintenance program, which provides routine inspections to help identify potential issues before they become costly repairs. Tesson does not only offer commercial roofing, they also service residential homes so if you have a need in either category give her a call!!!
