We wanted to take a moment to share an honest update with everyone who has been following and supporting our journey.

As many of you know, we’ve been working hard to launch SMP Logistics Co. Unfortunately, we’ve run into some challenges securing financing that fits within the timeline and financial thresholds needed to make the business profitable and sustainable from the start.

Rather than rushing into a loan or financial commitment that could put the company at risk, we’ve made the decision to take a step back and focus on getting everything in order before moving forward.

Building a successful business isn’t just about getting on the road—it’s about building a strong foundation that will allow us to serve our customers reliably for years to come.

This is a temporary setback, not the end of our journey. We’ll continue working toward securing the right equipment, financing, and opportunities to launch SMP Logistics Co. the right way.

We’re excited to officially introduce SMP Logistics Co., a veteran-owned and operated hot shot transportation company based in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area.

While we’re not on the road just yet, we’re working hard behind the scenes to make it happen. We are currently securing our truck and trailer, while also finalizing permits, insurance, operating authority, and everything needed to provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services.

Our goal is simple: deliver dependable hot shot transportation with integrity, communication, and on-time service every step of the way.
