31 Oaks, a place where modern design meets the savanna.

Nestled within a rare White Oaks Savanna lot, our latest construction start—31 Oaks—takes its name from the 31 mature oak trees shaping the property. Designing for this narrow lot, positioned between a wetland and a berm, required an innovative architectural solution.

The resulting single-family home features a seamless flow, highlighted by a cantilevered wine deck that draws you toward the property's northern grove. Inside, a concrete fireplace anchors a floating living room, which cleverly protects the tuck-under garage below. Topping the home is a rooftop deck equipped with garden planters, offering a secure, elevated haven for growing herbs and vegetables.

Born from a builder's extensive travels and experiences across countless cities, this home was envisioned by the owners as their .

Designed with heavy timber post and beams, Grand Central takes an honest and structured approach towards residential living in a historic lumber town. Clad with Vetter Stone Company and steel, the home also speaks to the owner's past projects including work on the Target Field stadium.

Located in the heart of Grand Central is more than just a residence—it is a central gathering space designed to welcome family and friends. It is the perfect backdrop for sharing stories of the past and building memories for the future.

BGood Remodel; the nearly 18-year-old design has been behaving well into adulthood! One of our first projects called for a new stair to a new primary suite. The stair was designed to house the homeowners vinyl collection and turntable. The attic-turned-primary suite incorporates new windows so that their pups Oscar and Gracie could look out from their beds. The design kept the old attic rafters complete with the old k**b and tube holes and captured new light. Great design doesn't age, but you can swipe to see the before photo and a much younger Sara and Naomi.
