Hey everyone! As most of you know, I am officially moved back into college and will start wrestling season soon! Unfortunately, I will only be available for lessons Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (plus holiday breaks). I have had a blast working with you all this summer & I hope to keep it going! 5 years old and already chasing waves like a pro! Glassy morning + perfect little conditions = one happy surfer!🤙
Had such a blast with this little guy. Two-hour sessions can definitely be a challenge for the younger kids with those short attention spans, but he was such a trooper and stayed so focused! He had the biggest smile every time he caught a wave.🌊 Emerald Isle, NC

High tide, high winds, heavy shorebreak, and waves slamming straight onto the sand didn’t stop him from sending it! He took some big drops on the longboard and killed it!!! So much fun watching him get after it 🏄‍♂️🔥

This was my biggest group yet! 6 kids. 5 boys. 1 girl. 2 instructors. A WHOLE lot of waves. 😂🌊

This crew was definitely loaded, but they made it SO much fun! With a little help from Logan, we had all 6 of them catching waves, popping up, and absolutely sending it. 🏄🏼‍♀️🏄🏼‍♂️

Watching a whole group go from figuring it out to actually riding waves together almost brought me to happy tears. Big crew, big energy, BIG progress!

She first came out with her cousin, then came back for round two all on her own… and WOW did she show up. 💪🏼

The waves were rough, she’s only 5, and there were definitely some moments that tested her… but she never gave up. She kept paddling, kept trying, kept getting back on the board, and made SO much progress by the end of her lesson. 🥹 Tiny surfer, HUGE determination. So proud of you, little one! 🏄‍♀️

Nothing better than watching siblings learn to surf together! Last week I had four kids, two sets of siblings, and one unforgettable surf lesson!
They all did such a great job supporting each other and cheering each other on in the water. Even though I only got pictures of one set of siblings, all four of the kids were incredible! Days like these are why I love teaching! 🏄‍♀️☀️

Last week I had the chance to teach this awesome 13-year-old, and he surfed his tail off!🏄‍♂️ His grandpa told me he'd been paddling up and down the pool with his new board and knew it was time for a real lesson.

While we were out in the water, he looked at me and said, 'This is so much better than my game.' Safe to say surfing beat Fortnite that day. 😂 He stood up so many times and did an amazing job. Can't wait to see how much he progresses!

Hi everyone! Lately there have been a few posts made in the Emerald Isle FB page of people looking for surf lessons and so many of my past customers, family, and friends have tagged and recommended me. I can’t explain how much that means to me. I love surfing. For me, it’s not a hobby or sport, it’s a way of life. Although I competed a bit as a kid, nowadays it’s what I do to feel free and happy. Teaching lessons has been such a blessing. Not just the income but the OUTCOME, the smiles on faces after catching waves. I have loved meeting so many new faces and making core memories with you all. Thank you again🤙🌊🏄‍♀️

Safety will always come before surfing.

I don't mind teaching in a little rain, but strong winds, rough surf, red flag conditions, and powerful rip currents are a different story.

I'm confident in the water and take safety very seriously, but no wave is worth risking someone's life. This week has been very unsafe for beginners & I appreciate everyone who has been understanding and willing to reschedule! I want every student to have a safe, fun experience… not a dangerous one.
