How do you add a convenient food and beverage amenity to a building that recently won the Mayor’s Design Award?

You make sure it looks the part.

We recently installed two of our luxury AI-powered smart stores at Art Studios in downtown Denver. Years ago, this building was the Art Institute of Colorado. Today, it’s an incredible residential space loved by creatives.

The property team wanted a 24/7 on-site amenity for their residents, but a traditional vending machine wasn’t going to cut it for a space this elevated.

Just finished our 6th install in 48 hours here in the Denver Tech Center! Commercial offices need a completely different approach, so we’ve optimized this machine for the lunchtime rush with fresh meals. Huge milestone for the team to expand into corporate spaces! 🥪🚀

We squeezed in our last installation of the day at 7pm in Downtown Denver.

We just set up at The Economist: a luxury property in Denver’s Uptown neighborhood, right off Restaurant Row and a few blocks from Cheesman Park.

12-foot ceilings. Rooftop deck with mountain views. It’s the kind of building where residents
expect convenience to be built right in.

We placed our newest smart store on the first floor, right between the mailboxes and the elevator bank. We wanted it on the exact path residents take every single day.

To see if we nailed the product mix, we handed out free samples before we left. Trolley and Red Bull were gone in minutes.

The residents got a zero-effort amenity they actually want. And the property team added it without lifting a finger.

Install number two of three on one of our craziest days. This time out in the western suburbs of Denver.

We just set up our latest AI-powered smart store at 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝟯𝟴 in Wheat Ridge: 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝟲𝟱-𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗹𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝗱-𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 Mission Rock Residential, LLC 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼.

This is the property’s first time ever offering a vending solution. But instead of a traditional machine, they went straight for a smart store.

A brand new, zero-effort amenity for the property team and 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

From TechCon to installing two new machines in the same day.

We started the morning at the Apartment Association of Metro Denver’s TechCon connecting with clients and industry partners, then headed straight back to our warehouse at in Centennial to get our next two smart stores installed.

One thing we’ve learned about warehouse spaces: food options nearby are usually limited. So we’re bringing the convenience directly inside the building—giving tenants 24/7 access to snacks, drinks, and meals without leaving work.
