The Wiregrass Military Veteran and First Responder Coalition held a su***de prevention summit in Enterprise, bringing together service providers and resources to address su***de risk among veterans and first responders.

Yesterday’s Su***de Prevention Summit was a powerful reminder that no one carries these burdens alone. Especially when a community shows up for one another.

To everyone who attended—thank you. Your presence, your openness, and willingness to be part of this conversation are what made our inaugural event so meaningful.

To our sponsors, presenters, guests and volunteers—your generosity of time, expertise, and heart made this gathering possible. We are deeply grateful for the role each of you played.

With nearly 150 in attendance, the room reflected something truly powerful: a shared commitment to caring for veterans, first responders, and the families who stand beside them.

Moments like this remind us that real change happens when communities come together. With compassion, purpose, and the courage to support one another.

This is exactly why the Coalition exists—to connect our community to the people, resources, and support that help those who serve continue to thrive.
