Friendly reminder to give yourself some grace. The world is operating differently right now, and it takes time to adjust. Especially if you’re working from home (AND parenting!?). You don’t have to be happy or productive or “on” all the time. You’re allowed to do nothing, take a break, and get angry/sad/lonely. You’re a human. Your feelings matter. YOU matter. Take care of yourself first and the rest will follow 🙌
