NOTE: This is a commission-only position, however, you will stay busy and make significant money, providing you don't treat this as a part-time role. Most all our clients are at a 25% fee, are exclusive, and pay us on or before the start date for a small discount.
The Role
eSearchPro is seeking a USA-based recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Sales/Marketing recruiting experience is a strong plus as well as experience within the software/tech vertical.
DRIVE is the key component for this role. You are wired to not stop until you have given our clients the choice between several A+ candidates for their open needs. This mindset is simply part of your DNA.
As mentioned, this is a commission-only opportunity (1099 or Corp to Corp) and you will be provided with a steady job flow. You will have your choice to ONLY recruit with no business development required, OR, run a full desk. Recruiting is our greatest need as we work with several venture capital and private equity firms, so job flow is steady and we have 40+ open reqs with another 75 coming at the start of the year.
In most instances, you will be assigned roles 100% exclusive to you. Your commission percentage is determined by your need for tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Loxo ATS (LoxoSource Version), and others. We have an impeccable reputation and references to prove that up. It's because we believe in nothing less than top quality at all times and you should have the same mindset.
The best news of all? We are a FUN group of people and have fun while we work as well. All of our recruiters have been with us a minimum of 3-8 years and we have successfully worked throughout the pandemic as well. Most all of our clients also pay us on or before the start date and you will be paid immediately upon payment received.

Job Responsibilities and Required Skills
-Minimum of 1+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience. We will consider both agency and corporate recruiters wanting to become independent.
-Flawless documentation skills within the eSearchPro CRM/ATS.
-Off-the-charts sense of urgency.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Out of the box thinker with a strategic approach to new searches and where you will identify candidates.
-Team player willing to collaborate with others.
-Self-motivated and solution-driven.
-Knowledge of everyday recruiter-oriented applications such as Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Recruiter, and so forth.
