I’ve been dealing with elbow and forearm pain recently, so I decided to give this Sleeve Stars elbow brace a try. So far, I’m very impressed with both the quality and comfort.

The brace comes with multiple adjustable straps, making it easy to find the right fit. I especially like that it can accommodate a wide range of arm sizes without feeling bulky. The material is soft against the skin, and the padded pressure point is comfortable while still providing noticeable support where it’s needed.

The stitching and overall construction appear well made, and everything feels durable enough for daily use. The included instructions were clear, and it only took a minute to get the brace adjusted properly.

One thing I appreciate is that it provides support without severely restricting movement. I can still go about my normal activities while wearing it, which is important when dealing with ongoing elbow discomfort.

If you’re dealing with tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, tendonitis, or general forearm pain, this brace is worth considering. It offers comfortable compression, stays in place well, and feels like a quality product rather than a cheap support strap.

The mint green color is also a nice change from the typical black braces and gives it a cleaner, more modern look.

I like this a lot! The pink is so cute 😄 I have tarsal coalition in both of my feet and it helps to have a little bit of support, specifically arch support. The arch support is great and it’s super comfortable. I’m a very small person; my shoe size is 5.5 and my legs are pretty skinny. I was pleasantly surprised that the sock part fit very well and is not loose. However, the strap part is just a little bit too long for me. It still works good but I wish it was just a little shorter.

Bought this for tennis/pickleball elbow and lifting weights. Really eliminates the elbow pain. If I don't use these just 1 day I feel my elbow pain. My elbow area measures ~9.5 and I use the smallest of the 3 straps. Super nice that this product comes with 3 different sizes. Otherwise with a small elbow you end up having excess strap material that just makes the brace bulky. I like the colors choices also - I got the mint green.

One thing I couldn't find in the product description is the width of the widest part of the brace. I measure it to be a little over 2 inches. My previous brace was a little narrower -just under 2"". All I need is the pressure point so the narrower the better to be less bulky and visible.

Runner’s knee is the everyday name for pain around or behind the kneecap. Runners get it, but so do people who take the stairs all day, squat to lift a toddler, kneel in the garden or sit through a long film with their knees bent. If your knee aches on the way down the stairs or when you stand up from a chair, this might be you.

Here’s what’s going on. Every time you bend and straighten your leg, your kneecap glides in a groove at the front of your thigh bone. When the muscles around your hip and thigh don’t share the load evenly, that glide gets less smooth and the tissue around the kneecap gets irritated.

A patella strap sits just below the kneecap, on the tendon. The gentle pressure there changes how force travels through the front of the knee and gives your knee extra feedback about where it is. Many people find stairs, squats and long days on their feet feel easier with it on.

But a strap is support, not a cure. It takes the edge off while you move. The pain usually settles for good when the muscles that control your knee get stronger. (If your knee swells, locks or keeps getting worse, get it checked.)

Five causes of knee pain, and the last one surprises almost everyone 👇

5️⃣ Weak hipsYour knee isn't built to control side to side movement on its own, that's your hip's job. Weak hips mean your knee absorbs stress it was never meant to handle.
4️⃣ Worn out shoesOnce cushioning breaks down, every step sends more impact straight into the knee joint. Most people wait way too long to replace them.
3️⃣ Kneecap not tracking straightIt's supposed to glide smoothly in a groove when you bend. If it drifts slightly off path, that friction builds up over time, especially noticeable on stairs.
2️⃣ Ramping up activity too fastNew workout, sudden mileage jump, whatever it is, your knees, tendons, and cartilage adapt slower than your motivation does. That mismatch is where a lot of overuse pain comes from.
1️⃣ Your ankle 😮 If your ankle doesn't move well, especially bending forward, your knee compensates by rotating or caving inward to make up for it. Enough reps under enough load, and the pain shows up in the knee, even though it actually started a joint away.

So what now?
If your knee hurts and nothing's fixed it yet, check your ankle mobility first. While you're rebuilding strength around the knee, a compression sleeve can help support the joint and improve positional awareness while you retrain the pattern. It's not the fix, but it's a solid assist 🦵

I am absolutely thrilled with this ankle brace. It’s more like a sock and NOT a hard brace. I have a painful bunion and I can adjust the brace away from the bunion. The wrap around strap is highly adjustable. I have nerve pain and foot swelling. This product is very comfortable, flexible and supportive. It relieved my pain considerably. I am going to purchase more as a backup.
