This can include mystery shopping and reports about clients' websites, phone service and/or in-person interactions. When we review advertising, we send our clients custom reports about the strengths and weaknesses in the text, images, layout, etc. Those reports are based on reviews by experts and/o

r consumer surveys. Some ads will be judged as fine, for other ads we will point out easy fixes that will make them work much better. In some cases we will encourage changing the ad entirely. We have just one goal - improving customer / user experience and increasing sales for our clients.
