Just wanna take a minute to let everyone know that all of the services that I have had scheduled from the last two months onward have been removed from my Apple calendar for reasons completely unknown. I have been on the phone with them for the majority of the day to no resolve. The issue has been escalated and I’m hoping to get an answer within the next couple of days. First pic is where my client found dirt being excavated through small holes that were breached through the floor sealant via a crack in the basement slab floor.
After removing storage items from under the stairs, and following that crack, back to that area, second pick is where we found the mother load termite highway leading right up into the wall studs. Video in comments. 
The holes that are circled indicate where I drilled to access the soil below. There are 3 more pe*******on points under the stairs where treatment was injected. Inspection in 3 weeks to assure they're gone.
