Commissions for our Community is a local campaign by Realtor® Heather Lambert at Somers and Associates, Realtors® Inc. that allows consumers to direct portions of the commissions earned by Heather to their favorite approved nonprofit organization in the community. Simply mention Commissions for our Community when you meet with Heather and she will donate $250.00 at closing to your favorite local n

onprofit organization! How does it work?

1. Contact Heather Lambert at Somers and Associates, Realtors® in regards to the listing and/or selling of real estate*;
2. Inform Heather that you would like to register your transaction in the Commissions for our Community campaign;
3. Select the nonprofit you would like to donate to from our approved list of nonprofits;
4. Upon recording Heather Lambert will donate $250.00 the local nonprofit organization of your choice. **

*This is not a solicitation if you have an existing agreement with another Realtor®
**Minimum commission earned by listing or selling brokerage must exceed $1000.00 to qualify for Commissions for our Community.
