Northern Embedded Solutions, LLC. Northern Embedded Solutions (NES) is an engineering design firm that designs and develops embedded systems primarily for use in Unmanned Aircraft Systems.

Northern Embedded Solutions, LLC. was founded in May 2011, to provide radar development, testing, and procurement support for airspace surveillance at Poker Flat Research Range outside of Fairbanks, AK. NES currently works primarily on the design, development and integration of payloads for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) but also works on UAS platforms themselves as well as a variety of other embedded system applications.
