The top 3 concerns leaders have shared with me are to:
1. Effectively leading other leaders without letting ego and emotions get in the way.
2. Managing themselves to be able to drive organizational results, and build a meaningful life and legacy for themselves.
3. Positioning themselves as respected, trusted, and sought-after professional brands in their organizations and in their industries. None of these concerns have to do with the knowledge, skills, experience required for their role. They have everything to do with how effectively they can internally lead themselves to influence the external actions and results they desire. Over the past 18 years, I have supported management and board leaders of public, private, non-profit, international development, and multilateral organizations across 6 continents, to:
1. Identify the behaviors that are sabotaging your leadership success through a 360 Leadership Assessment.
2. Design a tailored 360 Leadership Development Plan with built-in tracking, feedback, and milestone evaluation.
3. Ensure your support and accountability as you take action to adopt effective behaviors and positioning to influence your 360 Leadership Success. It would be my honor to support you with your 360 leadership success. I welcome you to book a Discovery Call to explore how we can work together on www.modestamahiga.com
