We all know the pain, right?

When filling out that order form, a tiny typo in the address goes unnoticed and sends everything haywire.

Many clients complained about how many hours they had to spend correcting these "little" mistakes.

The​ir frustration was real. So one of my team managers Saad Bukhari,, did something about it!!

I started tinkering and experimenting, and after many late nights (and more coffee than I care to admit), I found the solution!

I paused, reflecting on the countless conversations I’ve had with my clients.

“The answer is simple,” - I said -

- ”If you don’t hire us, you’ll waste a ginormous amount of time and money trying to figure out yourself the things we could do for you in a minute.”

In the business world, there are two kinds of people:

1- The ones who value money over time.

2-And the ones that value time over money.

➤ 𝐈 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐋𝐎𝐓𝐒 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲…

And that my time is worth more than the money I pay for people to help me with my business.

So next time someone asks you, “What kind of results do you guarantee…”

Give them back this question:

“What’s most important for you, time or money?”

Back in 2021, we thought it was the end of the world, and it wasn’t.

COVID-19 brought lots of pain and suffering, yet many businesses boomed.

➤ While some may feel anxious about the current situation, I see a golden opportunity.

In challenging times, panic is not the answer; instead, ask yourself the right questions.

Position your services where they are most needed:

𝟏. 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: Are your services still aligned with what your clients will need? Refine your offerings to meet the upcoming current market demands.

𝟐. 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞: Highlight how your services can solve pressing problems. How will you help them through these difficult times?

𝟑. 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Efficiency is key. Focus on optimizing your processes to reduce costs and improve service delivery.

𝟒. 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬: Strengthen your connections with existing clients. A loyal client base is your best asset during tough times.

➤ Do as I say, not as I do…

Knowing what’s good for you and doing it are two different things.

“Giving” advice is always more fun than “taking or implementing” it.

And “saying” is easier actually “doing.”

➤ For the last two years, I have been very inconsistent with my posting schedule.

Or building relationships on LinkedIn as usual.

I was too busy helping my clients to do just that, among other things.

➤ But the core of my business is not coaching or consulting anymore.

So, was it ok to indulge myself that way?

Well… Yes and no.

➤It’s true that when you can focus on what you do best,

and make a living out of your “gift,” everything seems to fall into place.

➤You shouldn’t neglect marketing, though!

Because IT IS the livelihood of any business.

➤The question, though, is:

Do you enjoy doing everything that MUST be done to keep your business running?

If you do, CONGRATULATIONS!!
