Think you know some things? Let’s put your hunting knowledge to the test!

[ A. Nose ] [ B. Ears ] [ C. Eyes ] [ D. Tail ]

Drop your answer in the comments! Let’s see who knows their way around the field and the taxidermy shop. We’ll update this post with the answer this evening.

Planning to save that cape or turn your harvest into a mount? Here’s a tip that can make all the difference: NEVER drag a harvested pronghorn. Antelope hair is very fragile, hollow and prone to breaking or rubbing off down to the bare hide immediately if dragged across the ground.

Dragging can create unnecessary headaches when it comes time for taxidermy. Take the extra time to handle your animal properly in the field. Your future mount will thank you!

A little care in the field goes a long way toward preserving your trophy. 🤘

The first deer is a big deal.🦌 For a young hunter, it’s more than a deer...

It’s the early wake-up call.
The nerves.
The first sit in the stand.
The lessons learned.
The high fives afterward.

And someday, it’ll be a story they tell their own kids. 🖤 Make that first deer one they’ll never forget. Best of luck and call us when you get one.
