২. কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমতি ব্যতিত যে কোনো চ্যালেঞ্জ ম্যাটেরিয়ালস ডিস্ট্রিবিউশন সম্পূর্ণরূপে নিষিদ্ধ এবং আইনত দন্ডনীয় অপরাধ। আমরা আশা করি, এ ব্যাপারে আপনি সতর্ক থাকবেন। এটি সামগ্রিক ভাবে সবাইকেই ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ করতে পারে।

৩. ‘বারাকাহসফট’ এর চ্যালেঞ্জ সম্পর্কিত যেকোনো ভিডিও, টেক্সট বা কনটেন্ট ‘বারাকাহসফট’ থেকে লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া অন্য কারও সাথে অর্থের বিনিময়ে বা বিনামূল্যে আদান-প্রদান বা শেয়ার করা আইনত দন্ডনীয় অপরাধ। গুগল ড্রাইভ, ফেইসবুক, ইউটিউব, কিংবা কোনো পেনড্রাইভ, সিডি, ডিভিডি বা অন্য কোন মাধ্যমে শেয়ার করলে “বারাকাহসফট” টিম বা “বারাকাহসফট এর আইনানুগ প্রতিনিধি” গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকার এর কপিরাইট আইন, কপিরাইট এক্ট ২০০০, কপিরাইট এক্ট ২০০৫ সংশোধন: সেকশন ৮৪, ডিজিটাল কপিরাইট আইন, Digital Security Act, 2018, Digital Security Act, 2018 (সেকশন ১৯) এবং সাইবার সিকিউরিটি বা উপযুক্ত আইন অনুসারে আমার বিরুদ্ধে প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নিতে পারবে।

৪. অনুগ্রহ করে “BarakahSoft” সাপোর্ট চ্যাট, গ্রুপ চ্যাট, ফেইসবুক গ্রুপ পোস্ট, কমেন্ট, ফেসবুক পেজ অথবা বারাকাহসফট সম্পর্কিত যেকোনো মাধ্যমে সব ধরণের ব্যাক্তিগত আক্রমন, রাজনৈতিক আলাপ এবং হিংসাত্মক কথাবার্তা থেকে বিরত থাকবেন। এরকম যেকোনো কাজের জন্য আপনাকে গ্রুপ চ্যাট এবং গ্রুপ মেম্বেরশিপ থেকে মিউট/বাতিল করে দেয়া হবে এবং পুনরাবৃত্তির ক্ষেত্রে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট যেকোনো সময় টার্মিনেট করা হতে পারে।

৫. চ্যালেঞ্জ এনরোল করার পূর্বে চ্যালেঞ্জ কারিকুলাম দেখে নিবেন, অন্যথায় কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহন করা হবে না। আপনার চ্যালেঞ্জ কারিকুলাম সম্পর্কিত কোনো অনুরোধ থাকলে সাপোর্ট চ্যাট, ইমেইল অথবা ফেসবুক পেজে ম্যাসেজ দিয়ে জানাতে পারেন।

৬. চ্যালেঞ্জ চলাকালে শিক্ষা উপকরণ হিসেবে যেসকল ওয়েবসাইট লিঙ্ক, ভিডিও লিঙ্ক, ব্লগ লিঙ্ক গুলো প্রদান করা হবে তা কেবল আপনাদের অনুশীলনের স্বার্থে।

Today I caught myself making a decision that made me question - am I really living my values, or just talking about them?

I'm working on a website for an American veteran who's starting his Private Investigation business. The man served his country, retired from the military, and now wants to build something meaningful in civilian life. He named his company "Úlfhéðnar Solutions" - drawing from Norse warrior spirit.

Here's what got me thinking. He didn't tell me what design he wanted. Just gave me his logo and basic business details for initial scoping. No color preferences, no style guide - complete creative freedom.

I started with a dark glassmorphic design because I thought it would look more serious and professional for a PI business. But here's the honest truth - I personally prefer dark themes because they're easier on my eyes. I always use Dark Reader extension in my browser.

So the question hit me: Did I make this design choice for my client's best interest, or for my own comfort?

It's easy to frame your values. It's hard to LIVE THEM.

At BarakahSoft, we talk about "integrity first" - but when I'm making design decisions, alone at my desk, with no one watching, am I really putting my client's needs above my personal preferences?

UX experts say iterative design works because you get early feedback. Companies like Apple and Google use this approach. But for me, it's not just about process efficiency - it's about living the value of putting clients first.

Market research showed his competitors have outdated websites, mostly focusing on cheating spouse cases. This veteran's military background is his competitive advantage for corporate clients. My job is to amplify HIS strengths, not showcase MY design preferences.

When I work on projects that genuinely impact someone's life and livelihood, I feel like I've been given the opportunity to do meaningful work. Values aren't just words on our website - they're choices we make when nobody's looking.

Supporting military veterans in their civilian transition isn't just good business - it's recognizing sacrifice and serving those who served.

I started with my dark theme preference, but I'm staying completely open to client feedback. Because living our values means stepping out of my comfort zone to prioritize what's truly best for the client.

What you stand for means nothing if no one can SEE IT in your actions.

Live it first. Then lead.
