Operations School We help Solopreneurs grow and scale their businesses by learning how to automate, delegate & get paid

05/27/2026

Last Thursday, we celebrated growth, commitment, and big ideas as part of our Get Your Business Legit Spring 2026 cohort’s graduation!

As our students crossed the stage to become alumni, they were surrounded by the people who supported them every step of the way: family, friends, mentors, and fellow entrepreneurs who poured into this journey alongside them.

Over the past several weeks, these founders invested in strengthening the foundations behind their businesses: their operations, systems, branding, finances, legal structure, and long-term vision.

And now, they move forward with more clarity, confidence, and community.

Congratulations to our Spring 2026 graduates!

For Jasmine Bailey of A Notch Higher LLC, joining the Get Your Business Legit program was about ensuring the foundation behind her digital product and business was built correctly.

A recent session on business insurance and risk management was an eye-opening reminder that protecting your business means focusing on more than just the visible side of entrepreneurship.

The behind-the-scenes work matters too, because getting the fundamentals right is how you protect your family, your vision, and the legacy you’re building.

Scaling a successful business takes dedication, careful planning, and, of course, strong operations.

For Chloe of Scott Elizabeth Events, the Get Your Business Legit program has sparked a shift in perspective: from simply being grateful for the opportunity to serve through her gifts to intentionally building structure for long-term sustainability and growth.

One recent session focused on using life insurance as a strategy to protect and prepare a business for the unexpected. She now plans to implement this approach in her future planning.

Make this the year you strengthen and scale your business to thrive, not just survive. Visit our website (link in bio) to learn how you can join one of our upcoming programs!

One of the most valuable parts of the Operations School experience is the community built around it.

Last month, we hosted this year’s TA Day, bringing together TAs and students from across our programs to pour into each other through intentional conversations focused on growth, problem-solving, and building stronger businesses together.

Through one-on-one and small group sessions, students had the opportunity to talk through real goals, challenges, and questions with entrepreneurs and leaders who understand the journey firsthand.

It’s more than networking; it’s collaboration, mentorship, and community in action.

This is just one of the many benefits of being part of the Operations School ecosystem.
