Agape story
Agape didn’t start with a big budget, a fleet of trucks, or a perfect roadmap. It started with something stronger — my commitment to show up for people when they needed it most.
In the beginning, it was just me. One person. No money, no fancy equipment, nothing but second‑hand tools and a vision to bring honesty, reliability, and real care back into property services in the Four Corners. Jobs weren’t handed to me. Every opportunity had to be earned — one yard, one cleanup, one repair at a time.
Most people didn’t believe in me when I started. Many didn’t show up. Some tried to use me for free work or treated what I was building like it didn’t matter. But a small handful of good people did believe — the ones who checked in, encouraged me, and reminded me that the work I was doing had purpose. Those few voices helped carry me through the long hours and the lonely days.
Before Agape, I worked in places where the environment was cut‑throat, where I was told when to work and how to work, and where loyalty wasn’t returned. Coming from that kind of hostile environment taught me exactly what kind of leader I didn’t want to be. So when I built Agape, I built it differently.
I built a company that runs for the good of everyone — clients, community, and crew. I learned to let go of the rude, the ungrateful, and the ones who only wanted to take. I chose respect, honesty, and real service. I chose heart.
As Agape grew, so did its impact. What started as small property care projects expanded into full general contracting, community cleanups, and partnerships with local families and businesses. People noticed the difference. They saw a company that didn’t cut corners, didn’t overpromise, and didn’t disappear when things got tough. They saw work done with integrity, transparency, and a genuine desire to help.
The turning point came when I stepped into larger projects that required strategy, coordination, and leadership. Instead of shying away, I leaned in — proving that a community‑rooted business could deliver professional‑grade results without losing its heart. Clients trusted Agape because they felt seen, heard, and respected.
Today, Agape stands as a local small business built from the ground up, powered by resilience, fueled by purpose, and strengthened by the community it serves.
And the best part?
Agape is still growing. Still learning. Still showing up.
Because success isn’t a finish line —
it’s the ongoing impact you make in people’s lives.
