Philip is proficient with hand to hand combat having been an amateur boxer and studied martial arts. He has little to no fear when it comes to dealing with the public (including public speaking) and dealing with the press, authorities or bad guys and rough situations in general. Most importantly he can think on his feet/on the fly and has a knack for making the right decisions under pressure.
