The November C12 CEO Forum in the Shenandoah Valley is about to begin!

This circle of Christian business leaders is building companies that last by shepherding and learning how to grow even as they face the inevitable crisis in their companies.

What do you want the prevailing headline about your company to be one year from now? As we prepare for the coming year, we must finalize the annual primary objective that our organization will focus on to advance our missions. To leverage the power of peers, we will present our annual primary objective and receive feed-back from our Forum. The power of C12 hinges on us caring about each others’ success and our willingness to hold one another accountable.

There is a seat at the table for you.

What will your Annual Primary Objective (APO) be for 2026?

The APO brings clarity to the chaos.
In the December planning segment, C12 members sharpen next year’s focus by identifying the one objective that will create the greatest Kingdom and organizational impact.

A strong APO should:

✔ Align with your long-term calling
✔ Drive measurable business outcomes
✔ Strengthen your people and culture
✔ Reflect faithful, God-honoring stewardship

Leaders don’t drift into effectiveness—they decide it.
What is the single objective God is calling you to pursue with boldness in 2026?

One day, you’ll look back on your life.

Will you feel peace… or regret?

C12’s December curriculum challenges leaders to do a “Christian premortem”—to imagine themselves at the end of life and look backward with clarity.
Not to induce fear… but to inspire faithful stewardship today.

Ask yourself:

✨ What actions will I be grateful I pursued?
✨ What distractions might be costing me eternal impact?
✨ What would evoke a “Well done, good and faithful servant” from Jesus?

We are writing a living testimony every day.
And the time to align life, leadership, and purpose is not someday—it’s now.

May we steward the days ahead with wisdom and intentionality.

What would success really look like in every area of your life?

The C12 Life & Leadership Balance Wheel reminds us that God calls us to steward all of life—not just business outcomes.
From spiritual formation to family health, physical wellbeing, finances, and community… each area matters because each will one day be accounted for (Romans 14:12).

As you reflect:

🔸 Where are you thriving?
🔸 Where have you drifted?
🔸 What needs renewed focus in 2026?
🔸 What would “flourishing” look like across every slice of the wheel?

An integrated life doesn’t happen by accident—it happens by intentional reflection, honest assessment, and Spirit-led alignment.

Where is God inviting you to grow this year?

What will your company’s 2026 headline be?

Every December, C12 encourages leaders to take a backward-from-the-future perspective—imagining the story they’ll want their business to tell one year from now.

Not a slogan. Not a wish list.

A real, external-facing headline that reflects results, culture, and Kingdom impact.

As you plan for 2026, consider:

📌 What would you be proud to read about your company one year from today?
📌 What will need to change to make that headline true?
📌 How will you lead with clarity, courage, and conviction to get there?

This is more than a planning exercise—it’s a stewardship moment.
What headline will you write with your leadership in 2026?

The November C12 Emerging Leader Forum in the Shenandoah Valley is about to begin!

This circle of Christian business leaders is building companies that last by shepherding and learning how to grow even as they face the inevitable crisis in their companies.

A gathering of Christian entrepreneurs is committed to establishing enduring enterprises by steering their teams and mastering growth, even in the face of inevitable hurdles. Every leader will encounter situations that put their credibility, determination, and integrity to the test. Whether it's a product flaw, a public scandal, or internal chaos, the way we manage communication during these times can either erode or bolster trust. Successful crisis management demands humility, transparency, and honesty—preserving reputations while embodying Christlike conduct under pressure. Likewise, conflict is an unavoidable aspect of leadership, but it need not be harmful. When approached with courage, grace, and biblical insight, conflict can be a significant opportunity to foster trust, strengthen relationships, and exhibit Christlike attributes amidst tension.

Every leader will face moments of crisis that test credibility, conviction, and character. Whether it is a product failure, public controversy, or organizational disruption, how we communicate in those moments determines whether we lose trust or strengthen it. Effective crisis communication demands humility, clarity, and integrity—protecting reputation while reflecting Christ under pressure. Likewise, conflict is inevitable in leadership, but it need not be destructive. When approached with courage, grace, and biblical wisdom, conflict can become a powerful opportunity to build trust, strengthen relationships, and display Christlike character in the midst of tension.

🔹 Unhealthy conflict drains energy and divides teams.
🔹 Healthy conflict strengthens unity and clarifies purpose.

Discover the truth about conflict in leadership and how godly wisdom can turn tension into transformation.

Most companies don’t fail because of the crisis itself—they fail because of how they respond.

The C12 Business Segment this month walks leaders through the five stages of crisis management—from Detection to Recovery—helping teams prepare long before the headlines hit.

49% of businesses have a documented crisis plan.
23% have none or are unsure if one exists.

✳️ Where does your company stand?

Crisis readiness isn’t optional for Kingdom leaders—it’s part of wise stewardship.
