But before enrolling, make sure you truly understand the tradeoffs. I see families every week who are surprised by network restrictions, prior authorizations, rehab denials, and limited provider options—especially in more rural areas.

One thing I didn’t expect when I started this business was how many sons would call me for help with their moms.

A lot of them are trying to juggle work, families, and suddenly navigating a healthcare system they were never taught how to understand.

It’s overwhelming. And honestly, you don’t have to carry all of it alone.

An insurance rep thanked me today for helping their member file an appeal… against their insurance company.

Healthcare is weird sometimes. 😅

But it also reminded me how badly families need support navigating all of this.
