Our featured presenter this week was Kris Sommer who is a home inspector with K Street Inspections!

During his presentation Kris showed off some of the tools that he uses during a home inspection. He also talked about how he breaks down his findings into three categories in his reports.

Green - Simple maintenance issues
Yellow - Issues you should talk to about a contractor
Red - Personal safety problems.

As a home inspector, Kris' goal is to show his clients the true value of a home, not to ruin the deal.

If you are buying or selling a home, getting a home inspection is a must. And Kris is the guy to call!

We have added three new members to our chapter in the last three weeks and we want to add more!

We have several key seats open in our group including:
Payroll, CPA, Banker, Plumber, Long Term Care, Photographer, Event Planner, and Painter.

These are just a few key spots we are looking to fill, but there are more beyond that.

Our featured presenter this week was Kari McDaniel who is a marketing specialist with STAR 93.3 radio and digital!

During her presentation, Kari talked about how when you advertise with their radio station, you are reaching one of the largest actively engaged audiences in the Cincinnati Tristate area.
