Not every opinion deserves your attention, and not every accusation deserves a response. Sometimes, what people say about you reveals far more about who they are than it does about who you are. Don't take the bait. Silence as a response is often more measured and effective. Plus, silence can't be misquoted.

Consider their character. Consider their motives. Consider their history. Consider their patterns. Consider whether they genuinely know youβ€”or simply know a version of you they’ve created in their own mind.

Listen to constructive criticism from people who love you, respect you, and want the best for you. But don’t allow bitterness, jealousy, insecurity, or malice to define you. Protect your peace.✌️ ✝️
