📚 Real Estate Term of the Month: Counter Offer

Each month, I like to share a little real estate knowledge because buying or selling a home comes with a lot of terms that aren't always familiar.

This month's term is Counter Offer.

A counter offer happens when one party responds to an offer with different terms instead of accepting it as-is. For example, a seller may receive an offer on their home and come back with a different purchase price, closing date, or other terms.

The good news? A counter offer helps keep negotiations moving and can bring both sides one step closer to an agreement. 🏡

It's hard to believe summer is starting to wind down already. ☀️💛

Before the backpacks come out and calendars fill up, take some time to enjoy these last few weeks of summer:

🌳 Pack a picnic and head to your favorite park
🍦 Grab ice cream (because summer calories don't count, right?)
🚲 Take an evening walk or bike ride around the neighborhood
