The job duties for the position include but are not limited to the following: Coaching, training, evaluating, and assessing the team to ensure the working party organization is having the relevant set of expertise and competences for the targets working, including structural damage evaluation, hands-on assistance for complex aircraft major repairs, embodiment, & modifications, advising and releasing of the work performed. Job requires 5 years in any job title involving experience in airframe maintenance or aircraft systems. Up to 20% domestic and international travel required for business meetings and conferences.
