You're probably paying for a lot of features you've never touched — and some of them can genuinely save your team hours every week.

A few of my favorites that I set up for clients all the time:

✅ Shared Channels in Teams (collaborate with outside parties securely)
✅ OneDrive Version History (recover files up to 180 days back)
✅ Microsoft Bookings (built-in scheduling — no Calendly needed)

These tools are already included in most M365 plans. You just have to know they're there.
