Did you know America has a watchmaker problem? We don’t have enough skilled watchmakers to work on even a fraction of the wristwatches that need regular service.

Have you tried to find someone to fix your Rolex or any vintage watch recently? It’s a mess.

Vortic Watch Co is actively trying to fix that skilled trade gap by working with the Veterans Watchmaker Initiative Inc., and by training US Military Veterans to do this work.

I LOVE this audio so much. “There’s a fine line between anxiety and excitement.”

To me this is how I’ll decide if I’m doing the right things. These goals are totally achievable. Doubling the global revenue across all my companies is absolutely possible. Vortic Watch Company, Fast Foundations Mastermind, and Carter&Custer Agency are all positioned for massive growth and we have the best people in place to WIN.

I’m gaining about one pound of muscle per week right now with the help of my friend Zach and I’m excited to see if I can transition my body from bulking to cutting while maintaining weight. It’s like a science experience that I can control completely.

One thing 2022 taught me was that CONSISTENCY is key. I knew it, everyone preaches it, but actually achieving it is hard.

Consistency cannot happen though if I’m not having fun. Over the next few weeks, as all the teams plan our year, I’m asking everyone in my life a simple question: if it’s not fun, can we just stop? What if we only did the fun stuff? Our customers and clients will see the joy and passion and they’ll invest in us because they want to be part of our community.

If I just do the fun things, 2023 can totally be my year. I’m not anxious, I’m just EXCITED! Are you?! 👇

It’s been a real roller coaster of emotions looking back through the goals I had for 2022. Then I heard this Reel Audio, and was like “damnit Jocko you’re right.”

What’s the long term goal? What are all these short term goals helping me achieve? What’s the bigger picture?

2023 is going to be so much better. I’m starting with Joy, Alignment, Clarity, and Confidence.

If we set out to do big s**t, we’ll walk right past these little goals and knock it out of the park!

Veterans Day is a big day for us at Vortic Watch Co but before we get into business, we want to remember why it’s a big day. Why we get to do what we do. Why we enjoy the freedoms we have.
