Aspen Haven sits at 8,520 ft above sea level not far from the boundary of Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado.

The water line is cut in at 8 feet deep for ample frost protection up here.

Today the concrete slab floors were poured and the temps were perfect.

This home is the third in our series of LUXHYTTE short stay luxury vacation rentals in Rockies.

Too many projects, too little time! I'm selling this sweet mountain lot near Fort Collins to some lucky person. Engineered drawings included for a 3 bedroom modern residence. Take a peek!

If you've been dreaming of escaping the noise and building a custom mountain home, you already know the hardest part is the prep work. This 6.7-acre parcel in Bellvue, Colorado changes that. Soil tests, septic design, and engineered plans for a stunning modern residence are already done. You get ultimate mountain privacy, right on the doorstep of Fort Collins—ranked one of the absolute best cities to live in America.
