Real talk.
I got sick last year. Fever, couldn’t get out of bed for 3 days.

→ Working capital. Have it. Always.
→ Cash flow visibility. Know your numbers weekly, not monthly.
→ A team that doesn’t need you to babysit every shift.
→ SOPs that run the operation when you’re not there.
You can’t build that from a hospital bed.
Build it now. Trust it later.
That’s the only real answer to “what happens if I go down?”
