This is what teachers should be doing right now.

Not panicking.
Not waiting until burnout or layoffs force them to figure life out overnight.

Preparing. Learning their options. Realizing their skills can take them further than the classroom if they ever NEED them to. 💭

A lot of educators are waking up and realizing the “safe career” doesn’t feel so safe anymore… and honestly, having a backup plan isn’t negativity anymore it’s smart.

Teaching was supposed to be the “safe” career.
The stable career.
The career you could retire from.

Then came the layoffs.
The hiring freezes.
The school closures.
The budget cuts.

And suddenly teachers who gave years to this profession were left trying to figure out what now.

I created this because too many educators were never taught that their skills actually transfer outside the classroom.

Most teachers don’t need to “start over.”
They just need to know their options.

As both a teacher and entrepreneur, I’m passionate about helping educators realize they are not stuck and that their experience is far more valuable than they’ve been led to believe.

This guide is the first step toward stability, freedom, and finally having a plan.
